records. Documented club activity also earns a bonus on top of your freely earned

Member price is not a discount. A member price is a separate price for a group of members,
calculated from the margin of the cart — it is not a reduction from a recommended retail price.
Where we run a time-limited price promotion, we state the lowest price applied during the 30 days preceding
the promotion, in accordance with § 7 of Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection.
Why TRIBE exists
Membership in a shooting organisation is one of the recognised supporting elements when applying for
a sport-shooting firearms licence in Slovakia (Act 190/2003 Coll.). TRIBE was founded so our customers
have a club with documented, real activity behind their application — range days, discipline log,
courses — instead of a paper membership at a club they never visit.
Your reward status (SCOUT → LEGEND) is earned free of charge, by your net purchases over a
rolling 365 days — see Margin-Share. Every status, including
LEGEND, is reachable without any club membership. On top of that, documented club activity over
the last 12 months adds a bonus of +1 to +4 percentage points to your share of
the margin pool. The bonus follows your activity in the club — never the fee you paid and never
your purchases. Everything combined is capped at 80 %.

Club confirmation for your ZP-E application
A shooting organisation may confirm your membership for a sport-shooting firearms licence application.
The club issues the stamped confirmation solely from its own attendance and activity records;
it is in no way conditional on any purchase with WontRip or on your TRIBE reward status.
As club practice we issue it after 6 months of recorded activity — this is our internal quality rule, not a
statutory waiting period. The final decision on any licence always rests with the police authority.

Your documented activity is what gives the club confirmation its weight — and it is the only thing that
determines your club activity bonus (+1 to +4 points).

Activate at launch
At programme launch you receive payment instructions. Membership activates on payment; the reward bonus follows your documented club activity.
Note: the club operates as A-TEAM o. z., a civic association
registered with the District Office Bratislava on 14 July 2026 (IČO 57 520 062, seat
Nové Košariská 2510, 900 42 Dunajská Lužná). It is a distinct legal person with its own statutes,
its own assets, separate accounting and its own bank account. Prime Sky Services s.r.o. (the seller)
is a founding member of the association and, under the statutes, holds the standing of a member with
a special position, including a decisive number of votes at the Members' Assembly — we state this
connection openly. Regardless of it: (i) the club receives no consideration derived from members’
purchases; (ii) confirmations under Act No. 190/2003 Coll. are issued by the club solely from its own
attendance records and are not tied to purchases or to TRIBE status; and (iii) club membership and club
status cannot be acquired, discounted or upgraded by purchasing goods.
