1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the WontRip online store at www.wont.rip, including goods falling under the Slovak Firearms Act No. 190/2003 Coll.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order through the online store constitutes an offer to enter into a purchase agreement. The buyer submits an offer by selecting products and confirming the order. The seller confirms receipt of the order by email. The contract is considered concluded upon the seller's dispatch of the order confirmation.

Exception — firearms and ammunition (§14a of Act No. 190/2003 Coll.): For firearms of all categories (A, B, C, D) and ammunition, an online order constitutes a reservation request only, not a distance purchase. The purchase contract for such goods is concluded exclusively in person at the seller's premises after verification of the statutory documents (see Section 4).

WontRip reserves the right to reject any order if the product is out of stock or if the buyer does not meet the legal requirements.

3. Prices & Payment

All listed prices are final prices including DPH (23% základná sadzba od 1.1.2025). The price valid at the moment of placing the order is binding for that order. WontRip may correct obvious pricing errors; in such a case the buyer will be informed and may confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it free of charge.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Card payment (via secure payment gateway)
  • Cash on delivery

4. Delivery

WontRip delivers goods through courier and pickup-point services (currently Packeta; available options and rates are shown at checkout and in the Shipping policy). The buyer should inspect the goods upon receipt; visible transport damage should be reported without undue delay — we recommend within 24 hours and with a damage record made with the courier. This recommendation does not limit the buyer's statutory rights.

Special conditions for firearms and ammunition (§14a of Act No. 190/2003 Coll.): Firearms of all categories (A, B, C, D) and ammunition are not shipped or delivered — neither by post nor by courier. Distance selling of firearms and ammunition is prohibited by §14a of the Firearms Act No. 190/2003 Coll. These items can only be reserved through the online store and purchased in person at the seller's premises (Prime Sky Services s.r.o., Okružná 574/24, 900 42 Dunajská Lužná – Jánošíková) after presentation of:

  • a valid firearms licence (zbrojný preukaz) of the relevant group, or a European Firearms Pass — categories A, B, C,
  • proof of identity,
  • for categories A and B: a purchase permit (nákupné povolenie) issued by the Police Force of the Slovak Republic,
  • for category D: proof of age (18+) and identity (§15 of Act No. 190/2003 Coll.).

Accessories and other goods not regulated by the Firearms Act are delivered by standard methods.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection (which replaced Act No. 102/2014 Coll. and Act No. 250/2007 Coll. as of 1 July 2024), a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.

How to withdraw: via the withdrawal page „Odstúpiť od zmluvy tu / Withdraw from the contract here" (the electronic withdrawal function under Directive (EU) 2023/2673 is available there, with a two-step confirmation and automatic acknowledgment of receipt), or by e-mail to info@wont.rip, or by post to the seller's address. We confirm receipt of every withdrawal without undue delay on a durable medium (e-mail), including its date and time.

Exceptions: The 14-day withdrawal right applies to distance contracts. Firearms and ammunition are not sold at a distance (§14a of Act No. 190/2003 Coll. — online reservation followed by an in-person purchase at the premises), therefore the distance-contract withdrawal right does not apply to them. Statutory exceptions under §19(1) of Act No. 108/2024 Coll. further include, among others, goods made to the consumer's specifications (e.g. custom grips, engraving, sight modifications) and goods in protective sealed packaging not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. 6. Complaints & Warranty

Under Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection and the Civil Code (Act No. 40/1964 Coll.), the consumer may claim defects in goods within 24 months of receipt. Complaints are resolved within 30 days at the latest.

Complaints should be submitted by email to info@wont.rip, including:

  • Order number
  • Description of the defect
  • Photographs evidencing the defect (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation)

7. Special Conditions for Category D Firearms

In accordance with the Firearms Act No. 190/2003 Coll., the sale of category D firearms is subject to the following:

  • The buyer must be at least 18 years of age and must prove their identity (§15 of Act No. 190/2003 Coll.)
  • The buyer must not be subject to a firearms ban
  • Category D items are reserved online and handed over exclusively in person at the seller's premises after verification of age and identity — they are not shipped (§14a of Act No. 190/2003 Coll.)
  • The seller is entitled to request documentation evidencing the buyer's eligibility

8. Final Provisions

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under Slovak law.

WontRip reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect on the date of their publication on the online store.
