1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the WontRip online store at www.wont.rip, including goods falling under the Slovak Firearms Act No. 190/2003 Coll.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order through the online store constitutes an offer to enter into a purchase agreement. The buyer submits an offer by selecting products and confirming the order. The seller confirms receipt of the order by email. The contract is considered concluded upon the seller's dispatch of the order confirmation.

WontRip reserves the right to reject any order if the product is out of stock or if the buyer does not meet the legal requirements.

3. Prices & Payment

All listed prices are final prices including DPH (23% základná sadzba od 1.1.2025). Prices are non-binding and WontRip reserves the right to change them without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Card payment (via secure payment gateway)
  • Cash on delivery

4. Delivery

WontRip delivers goods through courier services (Slovenská Pošta, GLS, DPD). The buyer is obliged to accept the goods in good faith and inspect them for physical damage. All complaints must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Special conditions for firearms and ammunition: Delivery of firearms of categories A, B and D under the Firearms Act No. 190/2003 Coll. is only possible to the address of a registered person holding a valid firearms licence issued by the competent authority. The buyer must provide the required documentation before delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Slovak Consumer Protection in Distance Selling Act No. 102/2014 Coll., the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason. The goods must be in their original condition.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to firearms, ammunition, and special tactical equipment that were specifically ordered for a particular buyer.

6. Complaints & Warranty

Under the Slovak Consumer Protection Act No. 250/2007 Coll., the consumer may claim defects in goods within 24 months of purchase.

Complaints should be submitted by email to info@wont.rip, including:

  • Order number
  • Description of the defect
  • Photographs evidencing the defect (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation)

7. Special Conditions for Category D Firearms

In accordance with the Firearms Act No. 190/2003 Coll., the sale of category D firearms is subject to the following:

  • The buyer must be at least 18 years of age
  • The buyer must not be subject to a firearms ban
  • The buyer must pass a safety verification in accordance with applicable legislation
  • Delivery is carried out only within the Slovak Republic to a registered address
  • The seller is obliged to request detailed eligibility documentation from the buyer

8. Final Provisions

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under Slovak law.

WontRip reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect on the date of their publication on the online store.
