Withdrawal from the Contract

As a consumer, under Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods. You can notify us of your withdrawal using the form below or by e-mail; we will confirm receipt by e-mail without undue delay, including the date and time of submission. Exceptions (§ 19(1) of Act No. 108/2024 Coll.): The right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to category A, B and C weapons, category D items or ammunition — under § 14a of Act No. 190/2003 Coll. these are not sold at a distance at all (the e-shop serves for reservation only; the purchase contract is concluded in person at our premises after the buyer's identity has been verified). Other statutory exceptions: goods made to the consumer's specifications and sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Model text: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the following goods: [goods]. Date of order / receipt: [date]. Consumer's name: [name]. Address: [address]. Signature (if sent on paper). Date."

We will refund your payment no later than 14 days after your withdrawal is delivered to us; we may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide proof of having sent them.
