Your reward status (SCOUT→LEGEND) is earned free of charge by your net purchases over a rolling 365 days — every status, including LEGEND, is reachable without any club membership. Documented club activity over the last 12 months adds +1 to +4 percentage points to your share of the margin pool; the bonus follows your activity, never the fee you paid and never your purchases. Everything combined is capped at 80 %. Order thresholds are the same for all members (orders from €49 net). Firearms and ammunition are always excluded. How it works · Programme terms.

After payment you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund; later cancellations are refunded pro-rata for the unused membership period.

Note: the club operates as A-TEAM o. z., a civic association registered with the District Office Bratislava on 14 July 2026 (IČO 57 520 062, seat Nové Košariská 2510, 900 42 Dunajská Lužná). It is a distinct legal person with its own statutes, its own assets, separate accounting and its own bank account. Prime Sky Services s.r.o. (the seller) is a founding member of the association and, under the statutes, holds the standing of a member with a special position, including a decisive number of votes at the Members' Assembly — we state this connection openly. Regardless of it: (i) the club receives no consideration derived from members’ purchases; (ii) club confirmations under Act 190/2003 Coll. are issued from the club’s own attendance records and are not tied to purchases or to your reward status; and (iii) club membership and club status cannot be acquired, discounted or upgraded by purchasing goods.

Member prices are a price for a group of members determined by automated processing of your member profile including profiling — information duty under § 15(1)(d) Act 108/2024 Coll., processing under Art. 22(2)(a) GDPR.
