Terms and Conditions — Loyalty & TRIBE Member Reward Program

Version 7.0 (Margin-Share — fixed published shares, rolling 365-day score) · Published 2026-08-07 · Operator: Prime Sky Services s.r.o., IČO 47 064 781. The Program is in preparation and is not yet active — no member price is being calculated on any order yet. These terms take effect on the program launch date announced on wont.rip. Until launch, version 3.0 remains applicable to already enrolled members. The Slovak version prevails.

These terms govern the WontRip Loyalty & TRIBE Member Reward Program (the „Program“). They form an integral part of the general WontRip Terms and Conditions; in case of conflict, these special terms prevail.

Article I — The Member Reward (margin share)

1.1 Definitions

  • Eligible lines — cart lines other than: firearms and ammunition of any category; products without a verified purchase cost; shipping; gift cards; club membership fees; products explicitly marked as excluded.
  • Margin pool — the Seller’s gross margin on Eligible lines, reduced by transaction costs (payment processing, packaging, order processing including accounting) and a service reserve; computed net of VAT. Shipping charged below its cost further reduces the pool. A negative pool is treated as zero.
  • Share — the single published percentage of the Margin pool granted as a reward, determined by member status under Article II. From version 7.0 the Program no longer works with share ranges: each status has one published figure, identical for every member of that status.
  • Score — the sum of the member’s net purchases (after refunds) on Eligible lines over a rolling window of the last 365 days. Each purchase counts for a full year and then rolls off. There is no hard annual reset and no 24-month accumulation.

1.2 Nature of the reward

The reward is personalised pricing, not a public price reduction announcement. It is granted only to signed-in members, calculated per order, displayed before the order becomes binding, and applied as one amount. It is not convertible to cash and cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions (the higher benefit applies alone).

1.3 Calculation, thresholds, rounding, display

  • Uniform threshold: orders of at least €49 net are eligible for a reward and count towards the Score. The threshold is the same for every member and is not made softer or harder by any club membership, paid or unpaid.
  • The effective share is deterministic: it is the published share of the member’s status (Art. 2.1) increased by any bonus points earned under Art. 2.2, subject to the overall cap of 80 %. There is no random or pseudo-random draw and no profile-based individual floor. The same cart with the same status yields the same result for every member. The effective share is fixed at order creation.
  • The reward is rounded down to €0.10 steps. In the cart an indicative estimate may be shown; the exact binding amount, with a breakdown (status share → bonuses → result), is always displayed at checkout before order submission.
  • Per-brand caps required by our suppliers may limit the member price on individual items; the applicable limit is always applied automatically and never breaches a supplier’s minimum price.
  • The Seller keeps an internal record of each calculation (effective share, pool, rounding) for 24 months as evidence that granted rewards correspond to the published shares.

1.4 Allocation and partial withdrawal

  • For invoicing, the reward is allocated across Eligible lines pro-rata by line price. Excluded lines (including firearms and ammunition) carry no allocation.
  • On partial withdrawal, refunds follow the invoice allocation exactly; rewards on retained items are not retroactively recalculated. Refunded amounts are deducted from the Score.
  • Patterns indicating abuse (systematic purchase-and-return of high-margin items, automated price probing, account multiplicity) may lead to status review under Article IV.

1.5 Firearms and ammunition

Firearms and ammunition are permanently excluded from the reward, from any allocation of it and from the Score. For firearms reserved under the statutory reservation process (personal handover, Act No. 190/2003 Coll.), the Seller may, on request within the reservation process after sign-in, inform the member of their personal in-store price. This is not a distance-selling offer.

1.6 Finalisation of the Score

An order is finalised into the Score 15 days after delivery (D+15), i.e. after the withdrawal period has elapsed. Excluded from the Score, in the same way as from the Margin pool, are: firearms and ammunition, shipping, gift cards, club membership fees and items without a verified purchase cost.

Article II — Member status, bonuses, shares

2.1 Earned statuses (free) and their published shares

  • S1 SCOUT — Score (rolling 365 days, after refunds) of at least €200 — 30 % of the Margin pool
  • S2 RANGER — at least €600 — 44 %
  • S3 VETERAN — at least €1 500 — 58 %
  • S4 LEGEND — at least €4 000 — 72 %
  • Status is determined solely by the Score. No club membership, no paid membership tier and no completed „factors“ are required for any status, including LEGEND. Status is recalculated daily; on falling below a threshold the member keeps the status for a 21-day grace period.

2.2 Bonuses and cap

  • Club activity bonus (A-TEAM o. z.): RECRUIT +1, OPERATOR +2, COMMANDER +3, TACTICAL LEAD +4 percentage points. The bonus is derived exclusively from the member’s documented activity in the club over the last 12 months — never from membership fees paid and never from purchases made with the Seller.
  • Pro verified: +3 percentage points.
  • Continuity: a verified purchase in each of 4 consecutive quarters — +3 percentage points.
  • Club event: participation in an A-TEAM club event — +2 percentage points for 90 days.
  • Overall hard cap: 80 % of the Margin pool for all statuses and bonuses combined.

2.3 Pro verification

  • Eligible: members and employees of the armed and security forces of the SR, employees of the Ministries of Interior, Defence and Justice, and NATO/EU equivalents after verification.
  • Verification is carried out exclusively by visual inspection of the document; no copies of any document are made or kept — only a flag, the date and the identity of the verifier. Re-verification every 24 months.
  • The bonus is a commercial loyalty advantage available to the entire category, independent of any official duties or acts; it is not a benefit within §§ 332–336 of the Criminal Code. Public officials (Act No. 357/2004 Coll.) must declare their status; their annual Pro benefit value is internally capped at €150. Persons participating in procurement or official decision-making involving the Seller are excluded for its duration.

2.4 INSIDER

INSIDER provides a share of 80 % of the Margin pool — i.e. exactly the overall cap; it is never exceeded. The status is by invitation only, is granted exclusively manually and never automatically, and is held by at most 2 members at any one time. There is no legal entitlement to it, the criteria are not published, and no club tier, membership fee or purchase volume creates a claim to it or a nomination path. It cannot be purchased, is reviewed annually and may be withdrawn on abuse.

2.5 Founding 999

The first 999 founding members of the club are permanently recorded in the Founding 999 roll. This is an honorary record only: it carries no share of the Margin pool and no bonus points.

2.6 Frakturoid benefit

Members from status VETERAN upwards receive an annual subscription to the Frakturoid invoicing service (value €25 excl. VAT) free of charge, for as long as the status is held.

Article III — Transparency and data protection

  • The member price is a price for a group of members determined by automated processing of the member profile, including profiling. We inform the member about this before the order is placed, in fulfilment of the information duty under § 15(1)(d) of Act No. 108/2024 Coll. — that provision imposes an information duty and is not the legal basis permitting the pricing itself.
  • The processing is carried out under Art. 22(2)(a) GDPR — necessary for the performance of the membership contract.
  • The member price is not a price reduction from a recommended retail price. Where the Seller runs a time-limited promotion, the lowest price of the preceding 30 days is stated as required by § 7 of Act No. 108/2024 Coll.
  • Right to human review of the decision, to express one’s point of view and to contest the decision: privacy@wont.rip, resolved within 30 days.

Article IV — Duration, changes, abuse

  • Program membership is free and tied to a customer account. Club membership is governed by the club’s own rules and fee; it is neither a condition of any status nor obtainable, cheaper or upgradable through purchases with the Seller.
  • Changes to the mechanics of the Program are announced at least 60 days in advance and apply pro futuro; a status already reached is retained until the end of the current period. Accrued rights under placed orders are unaffected.
  • On proven abuse the Seller may suspend or withdraw member status; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
  • Members enrolled under version 3.0 will be offered migration at launch, or may keep existing terms until the end of their paid period or request a pro-rata refund.

Article V — The club (A-TEAM o. z.)

  • The club A-TEAM o. z. is a distinct legal person with its own statutes, its own assets, separate accounting and its own bank account, registered with the District Office Bratislava on 14 July 2026 (IČO 57 520 062, seat Nové Košariská 2510, 900 42 Dunajská Lužná). Prime Sky Services s.r.o. (the Seller) is a founding member of the association and, under the statutes, holds the standing of a member with a special position, including a decisive number of votes at the Members' Assembly. We state this connection openly. Regardless of it, the following applies: (i) the club receives no consideration derived from members’ purchases; (ii) confirmations under Act No. 190/2003 Coll. are issued by the club solely from its own attendance records and are not tied to purchases or to TRIBE status; and (iii) club membership and club status cannot be acquired, discounted or upgraded by purchasing goods.
  • Club confirmations under Act No. 190/2003 Coll. (long firearm, ZP-E) are issued by the club from its own attendance and activity records and are in no way conditional on purchases with the Seller or on TRIBE status.
  • The club receives no consideration derived from members’ purchases with the Seller.
  • Club membership cannot be acquired, discounted or upgraded by purchasing goods; the club activity bonus under Art. 2.2 follows documented club activity, not fees or orders.

Article VI — Final provisions
