Terms and Conditions — Loyalty & TRIBE Member Reward Program

Version 4.3 (banded margin-share, earned statuses) · Published 2026-07-12 · Takes effect on the program launch date announced on wont.rip · Operator: Prime Sky Services s.r.o., IČO 47 064 781. Until launch, version 3.0 remains applicable to already enrolled members. The Slovak version prevails.

These terms govern the WontRip Loyalty & TRIBE Member Reward Program (the „Program“). They form an integral part of the general WontRip Terms and Conditions; in case of conflict, these special terms prevail.

Article I — The Member Reward (margin share)

1.1 Definitions

  • Eligible lines — cart lines other than: firearms and ammunition of any category; products without verified cost data; shipping; gift cards; membership fees; products explicitly marked as excluded.
  • Margin pool — the Seller’s gross margin on Eligible lines, reduced by transaction costs (payment processing, packaging, order processing including accounting) and a service reserve; computed net of VAT. Shipping charged below its cost further reduces the pool. A negative pool is treated as zero.
  • Share band — the published range (lower and upper bound in %) of the Margin pool granted as a reward, determined by member status under Article II.

1.2 Nature of the reward

The reward is personalised pricing, not a public price reduction announcement. It is granted only to signed-in members, calculated per order, displayed before the order becomes binding, and applied as one amount. It is not convertible to cash and cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions (the higher benefit applies alone).

1.3 Calculation, thresholds, rounding, display

  • Eligibility thresholds: members with an active club membership — at least 1 item and €75, or any order of at least €300; other members — at least 2 items and €100, or any order of at least €500.
  • The effective share is determined by a uniform pseudo-random draw within the published Share band, seeded from the order contents and member status bucket (not from the customer’s identity): the same cart at the same time yields the same effective share for any member of the same status. Completed profile factors raise the lower bound of the member’s draw by 0.3 percentage points each, up to +2, never above the band midpoint. The effective share is fixed at order creation.
  • The reward is rounded down to €0.10 steps; after rounding, the effective share never falls below the lower bound of the published band. In the cart an indicative range may be shown; the exact binding amount, with a breakdown (band, personal floor, result), is always displayed at checkout before order submission.
  • Minimum-order rule for a reward: where the reward even at the lower bound of the band would leave the Seller’s profit on the order below €5, no reward is applied to that order (shown transparently as „order below the minimum for a reward“). A granted reward is therefore always within the published band — the band is never breached by a reduced payout. This rule does not apply to Insider terms.
  • The Seller keeps an internal record of each calculation (effective share, pool, rounding) for 24 months as evidence that granted rewards remain within the published bands.

1.4 Allocation and partial withdrawal

  • For invoicing, the reward is allocated across Eligible lines pro-rata by line price. Excluded lines (including firearms and ammunition) carry no allocation.
  • On partial withdrawal, refunds follow the invoice allocation exactly; rewards on retained items are not retroactively recalculated.
  • Patterns indicating abuse (systematic purchase-and-return of high-margin items, automated price probing, account multiplicity) may lead to status review under Article IV.

1.5 Firearms and ammunition

Firearms and ammunition are permanently excluded from the reward and from any allocation of it. For firearms reserved under the statutory reservation process (personal handover, Act No. 190/2003 Coll.), the Seller may, on request within the reservation process after sign-in, inform the member of their personal in-store price. This is not a distance-selling offer.

Article II — Member status, bonuses, Share bands

2.1 Earned statuses (free) and bands

  • S1 SCOUT — net purchases (rolling 24 months, after refunds) of at least €200 — band 30–34 %
  • S2 RANGER — at least €600 — band 42–46 %
  • S3 VETERAN — at least €1 500 and at least 1 completed factor — band 55–59 %
  • S4 LEGEND — at least €4 000, at least 3 completed factors and an active club membership OPERATOR or higher — band 68–72 %
  • Factors: recognised course (max 3 count), Pro verification, active club membership, active forum participation, 3+ verified reviews, 2+ qualified referrals. Status is recalculated daily; a 30-day grace period applies on falling below a threshold.

2.2 Bonuses and cap

  • Club membership bonus (both bounds): RECRUIT +2, OPERATOR +4, COMMANDER +7, TACTICAL LEAD +10 percentage points.
  • Pro verification bonus: +5 percentage points (both bounds).
  • Overall hard cap: 80 % of the Margin pool.

2.3 Pro verification

  • Eligible: members and employees of the armed and security forces of the SR, employees of the Ministries of Interior, Defence and Justice, and NATO/EU equivalents after verification.
  • Verification exclusively manual (visual inspection); documents are never stored — only a flag, date and verifier. Re-verification every 24 months.
  • The bonus is a commercial loyalty advantage available to the entire category, independent of any official duties or acts; it is not a benefit within §§ 332–336 of the Criminal Code. Public officials (Act No. 357/2004 Coll.) must declare their status; their annual Pro benefit value is internally capped at €150. Persons participating in procurement or official decision-making involving the Seller are excluded for its duration.

2.4 INSIDER

Invitation-only status granted individually to a limited number of long-standing members (framework criteria: long-term membership, documented activity, standing in the club; TACTICAL LEAD membership is the nomination path). Insider terms are agreed personally in writing and provide a share of 93–97 % of the Margin pool, up to an annual reward cap set in the individual terms, including an individually agreed confidentiality arrangement. The status cannot be purchased, is reviewed annually, may be withdrawn on abuse, and no legal entitlement to it exists.

2.5 Founding 999

The first 999 founding members holding a COMMANDER or TACTICAL LEAD club membership are permanently recorded in the Founding 999 roll (honorary status; specific founding benefits are announced at launch).

Article III — Transparency and data protection

  • Reward and status are determined by automated processing (profiling) of the factors above (§15(1)(d) Act No. 108/2024 Coll., Art. 22 GDPR); this information is also provided at checkout. The effective share derives from order contents, not the customer’s identity.
  • Right to explanation, to express one’s view and to human review: support@wont.rip, resolved within 30 days.

Article IV — Duration, changes, abuse

  • Program membership is free and tied to a customer account. Club membership is governed by club rules and the annual fee; cancellation within 14 days of payment = full refund, later = pro-rata refund of the unused period.
  • Changes with at least 30 days’ notice, applying pro futuro; accrued rights under placed orders are unaffected.
  • On proven abuse the Seller may suspend or withdraw member status; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
  • Members enrolled under version 3.0 will be offered migration at launch, or may keep existing terms until the end of their paid period or request a pro-rata refund.

Article V — Final provisions
