How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery within Slovakia takes 1–2 business days. Czech Republic 2–3 days. Austria, Poland, and Hungary 2–4 business days. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — all orders over €150 qualify for free standard shipping within our delivery zone (SK, CZ, AT, PL, HU).

Which carriers do you use?

We partner with Packeta/Zásielkovňa for V4 countries and DPD/GLS for Austria. You can choose delivery to your address or to a parcel locker/pickup point at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging. This is in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). See our Return Policy for details.

How long is the warranty?

All products carry a 24-month warranty under EU consumer protection law. If you receive a defective item, contact us and we'll resolve it within 30 days.

What items cannot be returned?

Opened supplements (hygiene reasons), personalized items, ammunition delivered to licensed holders, and digital content once download has begun.

Firearms & Legal

Do I need a license to purchase firearms?

Yes. Under Slovak Act No. 190/2003 Coll. on Firearms and Ammunition, you must hold a valid firearms license (zbrojný preukaz) for the applicable category. We verify your license before processing any firearms order.

Do you ship firearms internationally?

Firearms shipments are subject to strict regulations. Cross-border transfers within the EU require a European Firearms Pass and prior authorization from both the origin and destination country. Contact us for specific arrangements.

What about knife laws?

Knife regulations vary by country. In Slovakia, there is no blade length restriction for ownership, but carrying certain knives in public may be restricted. In Austria and Germany, fixed-blade knives over 4cm require justification for public carry. Check your local laws before ordering.
