Order Cancellation

You can cancel a placed order by emailing orders@wont.rip. We will confirm the cancellation via email. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but can be returned under our return policy below.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Slovak Act No. 102/2014 Coll., you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us of your decision by email at orders@wont.rip before the 14-day period expires. Return the goods in their original, unused condition along with the return form and proof of purchase (invoice) to:

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer in accordance with § 10(3) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: opened supplements and consumables (for hygiene reasons), personalized or custom-made items, ammunition delivered to licensed holders, and digital content after download has started with your consent.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours at orders@wont.rip with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Warranty

All products carry a 24-month warranty under EU consumer protection law and the Slovak Civil Code (Act No. 40/1964 Coll.). Warranty claims are processed within 30 days per Act No. 250/2007 Coll. on consumer protection.
