Compared to the standard P22, the Q model has a completely redesigned frame with a Hi-Grip finish and replaceable backs in two sizes (S/L). In addition, the bolt teeth have been enlarged for better handling. The Walther P22Q also has ambidextrous controls and a picatinny rail for mounting various accessories.
