Order Cancellation
You can cancel a placed order by emailing info@wont.rip. We will confirm the cancellation via email. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but can be returned under our return policy below.
Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection (which replaced Act No. 102/2014 Coll. as of 1 July 2024), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, use our withdrawal page („Withdraw from the contract here") — from 19 June 2026 it includes the electronic withdrawal function under Directive (EU) 2023/2673 — or notify us by email at info@wont.rip before the 14-day period expires. We confirm receipt of every withdrawal by e-mail without undue delay. Return the goods in their original, unused condition along with the return form and proof of purchase (invoice) to:

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer in accordance with Act No. 108/2024 Coll.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: opened supplements and consumables (for hygiene reasons), personalized or custom-made items, and digital content after download has started with your consent (§19(1) of Act No. 108/2024 Coll.). Firearms and ammunition are not sold at a distance at all — under §14a of the Firearms Act No. 190/2003 Coll. they can only be reserved online and purchased in person at our premises, so the distance-contract withdrawal right does not apply to them.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) at info@wont.rip with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Warranty
All products carry a 24-month warranty under EU consumer protection law and the Slovak Civil Code (Act No. 40/1964 Coll.). Warranty claims are processed within 30 days per Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection.
