We are currently offering in-store pickup only as the sole delivery method. Standard shipping options are temporarily unavailable.
After placing your order, we will personally contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.
Estimated delivery times vary by product — typically 1 to 4 weeks depending on item availability and supplier lead times.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Current Delivery Method
Personal Pickup (Osobný odber) is currently the only available delivery option. After placing your order:
- You will receive an order confirmation via email.
- Our team will contact you personally to arrange pickup details.
- Pickup is free of charge.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the specific product and current stock levels:
- In-stock items: Ready for pickup within 1–3 business days
- Made-to-order / Special items: 1–2 weeks
- Custom or imported products: 2–4 weeks
We will provide you with an estimated timeline when we contact you after your order is placed.
3. Payment Methods
The following payment options are available:
- Online Card Payment: Visa, Mastercard — secure payment via Stripe.
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: Express checkout available.
- Klarna: Buy now, pay later option.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay upon pickup.
- Card on Delivery: Pay by card upon pickup.
4. Firearms & Ammunition
Pickup of firearms (categories A, B, C, D) and ammunition is subject to Act No. 190/2003 Coll. on Firearms and Ammunition.
Important: You must present a valid firearms license (categories A, B, C) or ID (category D) upon pickup. Without proper documentation, the order cannot be released.
