1. Delivery methods (SK / CZ)

Packeta Z-POINT — pickup at a Z-Point location — €3.49
Packeta home delivery — courier delivery to your address — €5.99
Cash on delivery — payment on receipt (Packeta courier) — +€1.50 on top of the shipping price
Personal pickup — Prime Sky Services s.r.o., Dunajská Lužná — free

2. Delivery times

In-stock items: dispatched within 1–2 business days
Packeta Z-POINT: delivery to the Z-Point typically within 24–48h of dispatch
Packeta home delivery: typically 1–2 business days after dispatch
Personal pickup: by email/phone arrangement
Special orders / ammunition / firearms: 1–2 weeks (subject to supplier availability)

3. Firearms and categories under § 14a of Act No. 190/2003 Coll.

Firearms of all categories (A, B, C, D) and ammunition are NEVER shipped by post or courier. They are available exclusively for personal pickup at the premises of Prime Sky Services s.r.o. upon presenting:

a valid firearms licence of the relevant group (A/B/C — Slovak licence or European Firearms Pass),
an identity card or other proof of identity,
for categories A and B: also a purchase permit issued by the Slovak Police.

For category D, being 18+ and proving your identity is sufficient.

4. International shipping

Delivery outside Slovakia is currently available to the Czech Republic via Packeta Z-POINT CZ (pricing shown at checkout).

5. Delivery claims

Inspect the shipment on receipt. If the box / packaging is visibly damaged, refuse the shipment or draw up a damage report with the courier. Then contact us at info@wont.rip.
